An electronic control module (13) receiving a signal from a temperature sensor (14), where the signal represents the temperature of the hot water inlet. The electronic control module controls a solenoid valve (12) for returning the hot water to the recycled water outlet when the temperature of the hot water at the hot water inlet is less than the temperature input by a rotary button (7). A timer controls the closing of the solenoid valve at the end of a fixed duration.
