The support has a support post (12) fixed on an element i.e. tube (11), which is positioned on an external wall (2) by a position unit (13). A mounting unit mounts an end (17) of a cam that co-acts with the element such that the cam is moved between a first position (P1) in which the cam is approximately parallel to the external wall, and a second position (P2) in which the cam is approximately perpendicular to the external wall. The support post is fixed on another element i.e. tube (21), which is positioned on another end (27) of the cam by another position unit.
