The unit has external air intakes provided at inlet of provence wells (4), and radiator-ventilator (1, 2) provided at base of greenhouse and at outlet of the wells. A fresh water tank (9) supplies water to the radiator-ventilator. A warm water tank (7) is buried and heated by solar heating floor (6) and the radiator-ventilator. Heating floor (10) is heated by the warm water tank and cooled by the fresh water tank. Photovoltaic cells (15) are mounted on a roof of the greenhouse, and temperature sensors placed in the greenhouse and tanks. A central management unit manages air and water flows.
