The sole has a hermetic envelope filled with a shear thickening non Newtonian liquid that responds to the constraint of the dynamic pathological plantar hyperpression by increasing its viscosity. The hermetic envelope is provided with a hermetic chamber filled with the fluid. The hermetic envelope includes a peripheral edge of the same height or lower or upper height of the hermetic envelope. The hermetic envelope has a form and size corresponding to that of the shoe of the patient and has the height according to the size of the shoe.
