The device has a sampler element with a tube (16) and an axle (1) that are sliding with respect to one another, where the axle passes through the tube. The axle is equipped close with a free end of a thinned zone forming a container (13) with the tube, where the thinned zone is defined by a zone towards the free end. A section of the thinned zone is adjusted with an interior section of the tube. The length of the relative displacement of the tube and the axle are adjustable for defining the taken quantity of samples when the product includes the solid particles.
