PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of users with identification photographs desired by the respective users in a simpler way.SOLUTION: A selection screen is displayed for a plurality of users to select the purpose of use of identification photographs; the respective users are photographed as subjects; photographic images of the respective users are obtained; and adjustment is performed to the respective photographic images of the users obtained through the photographing according to the purpose of use selected by the respective users, and thereby images for identification photograph for the respective users are created. The present invention can be applied, for example, to photograph seal creation devices.
