PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic mold spray method and a metallic mold spray system which can spray the individual portions of an inner-mold surface with quantities according to the temperatures of the portions.SOLUTION: The inner face of a mold 1 is divided in advance into a plurality of blocks, and a spray head 5 is sprayed with a mold parting agent while sequentially moved to the individual blocks. By a non-contact thermometer 7 mounted on the spray head 5, the mold temperature of the target block is measured, and the block is sprayed in a discharge pattern according to the mold temperature measured. After this, the action to move to a next block is repeated. The discharge pattern is previously set.
