PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a pulverized coal for injection into a blast furnace that maintains combustibility in the blast furnace at a high level and is less apt to be caught even in a vent part of transport piping which is susceptible to blockage due to the pulverized coal; and a method for manufacturing the pulverized coal.;SOLUTION: A pulverized coal 7 for injection into a blast furnace has a particle size distribution on a mass basis in which a mass ratio of particles whose particle size is 45 μm or less is 45 mass% or more, and a mass ratio of particles whose particle size is 325 μm or more is 1.5 mass% or more. The pulverised coal 7 for injection into the blast furnace is prepared. The pulverized coal 7 for injection into the blast furnace having the particle size distribution is prepared by mixing two kinds of pulverized particles 2a and 2b that are different in mass average granularity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
