SHORT ACTIVATING PEPTIDE USED FOR ANGIOTENSIN I-CONVERTING ENZYME INHIBITION AND BLOOD PRESSURE REDUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short activating peptide applicable to pharmaceutical compositions for hypertension therapy, in which the inhibition rate of angiotensin I-converting enzyme IC50 reaches 0.81 μM.SOLUTION: The invention provides a short activating peptide consisting of Ile Val Arg obtained by (1) dissolving soft-shelled turtle albumen in a buffer agent, (2) preparing 50-100 U/mg of thermolysin, mixing thermolysin with soft-shelled turtle albumen in the enzyme mass ratio of 1/50-1/900, and performing hydrolysis reaction for about 1-10 hours in the condition of the pH 6-9 and the temperature 50-70°C to obtain the soft-shelled turtle albumen peptide comprising the amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence, and (3) mixing the soft-shelled turtle albumen peptide of the amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence with trypsin in the enzyme mass ratio of 1/20-1/200, and performing hydrolysis reaction for about 10-30 hours in the condition of the temperature 20-50°C.
