PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste carbon processing method and a waste carbon processing system capable of independently incinerating waste carbon which contains impurities including radioactive matters absorbed therein.;SOLUTION: The waste carbon processing method includes: a melting step (S12) to melt a combustion improver 12 for accelerating combustion of waste carbon 11 containing absorbed impurities including radioactive matters; a mixing step (S14) to generate a mixture 13 of the melted combustion improver 12 and the waste carbon 11; a molding process (S15) to create a solid state molding from the mixture 13; and an incineration process (S16) to incinerate the molding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
