PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-shielding optical adhesive film which is formed by adding a suitable UV stabilizer further to a conventional adhesive film having a color correcting and/or a near IR absorbing function and does not deteriorate in performance as an optical film, e.g. discoloration when exposed to UV.SOLUTION: A polyfunctional adhesive film is formed by adding at least one of near IR absorbing dyes and color correction dyes and a UV stabilizer to impart a UV stability function. The near IR absorbing dyes is one or more dyes selected from metal complex dyes, phthalocyanine dyes, naphthalocyanine dyes, cyanine-based dyes having an intermolecular metal-complex form and diimmonium-based dyes.
