PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional deformation amount measurement technique capable of evaluating deformation of a fuel assembly from a relative position relationship among obtained components by measuring the three-dimensional positions and postures of the components of the fuel assembly.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional deformation amount measuring device 10A includes: a three-dimensional measurement part 11 for determining three-dimensional positions and postures of an upper tie plate 2 in a first three-dimensional coordinate system; a three-dimensional measurement part 12 for determining three-dimensional positions and postures of the three-dimensional measurement part 11 and a channel box 3 in a second three-dimensional coordinate system; a coordinate transform matrix calculation part 15 for calculating a transform matrix for converting coordinates of the first three-dimensional coordinate system to coordinates of the second three-dimensional coordinate system; and a deformation determination part 16 for obtaining relative three-dimensional positions and a posture relationship of the upper tie plate 2 and the channel box 3 by the transform matrix and for obtaining a three-dimensional deformation amount of a fuel assembly 1 according to a result of comparison with a preset reference.
