PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of keeping en exposure state in which radiations are continuously incident and detecting radiations without generating dead time, and to provide an X-ray analyzer and a radiation detection method using the radiation detector.;SOLUTION: A radiation detector 100 for detecting a radiation while being synchronized with an external device 200, includes: a sensor 110 generating a pulse upon detection of a radiation particle; a plurality of counters 140a and 140b provided to be able to count pulses; and a control circuit 160 switching a counter for counting the pulses over between the counters 140a and 140b upon reception of a synchronization signal from the external device 200.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
