PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for reducing itchiness caused by external stimulation due to various environmental factors, such as temperature change, humidity change, friction against clothing and wind from an air conditioner, agent stimulation and external stimulation due to shaving hair, a composition for reducing itchiness using the same, and a method for reducing itchiness.;SOLUTION: An agent for reducing itchiness reduces itchiness of skin caused by external stimulation, and is composed of cationized cellulose.
