PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable lateral movement, turning in a small radius, etc. without using a complex mechanism in a vehicle (4 WS) that steers four wheels.;SOLUTION: The vehicle with a four-wheel steering mechanism includes: rack cases 10, 20 connected to right and left wheels W of front and rear wheels; a rack bar 11 penetrating through the rack cases 10, 20, which can steer the right and left wheels W by movement in a horizontal direction relative to a direct advance direction of the vehicle 1; longitudinal moving means for moving the rack cases 10, 20 in a longitudinal direction; and an in-wheel motor M installed in each wheel W to which the rack bars 11, 21 are connected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
