PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic inorganic hybrid film which is improved in the dispersion state in a polymer film of inorganic nanoparticles; and an organic inorganic hybrid film.SOLUTION: An organic inorganic hybrid film is produced by the step of drying a mixture solution C arranged by mixing an acidic fluid dispersion A of polymer (polyaniline), and a fluid dispersion B of inorganic nanoparticles (BiTe(bismuth telluride)) coated with polymer electrolyte (sodium polystyrene sulfonate). Since the inorganic nanoparticles are coated with the polymer electrolyte, the state of the inorganic nanoparticles dispersed can be kept even after the mixing with the polymer acidic fluid dispersion. Therefore, even after changing the raw material solution into a film by drying it, the inorganic nanoparticles remain uniformly dispersed in the resultant organic film.
