PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent effectively water from penetrating into a cabin without impeding quality feeling in a seal structure of an out slide door.SOLUTION: A seal structure of an out slide door comprises an upper seal member 20 which is provided at the upper edge part of a door body 11 and extends in the vehicular longitudinal direction, and drainage gutters 33 and 60 which are provided at least at one side of a door base side and a door end side of the door body 11 and extend vertically. The upper seal member 20 includes a seal part 21 which protrudes upward from the edge part of the vehicular outside and extends in the vehicular longitudinal direction and a drainage groove 23 which is formed at the upper surface part that is of more cabin side than the seal part 21 and extends in the vehicular longitudinal direction and the edge of which is positioned as adjacent to the upper edge parts of the drainage gutters 33 and 60.
