PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract and separate a lignin component from a lignocellulose-based biomass at a high yield in a more simple process, to provide a method for efficiently producing a saccharification raw material including cellulose as a main component, and to provide a method for efficiently producing a thermoplastic lignin composite by effectively utilizing a lignin component.;SOLUTION: A lignocellulose-based biomass is treated by heating-extraction, and solid-liquid separation in one step by using a mixed solvent of water and alkylene glycol, for separating it into a liquid component including lignin and a solid component including cellulose.
