PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gas treatment equipment which facilitates maintenance and is capable of continuously operating over a long period in spite of use of a filter member that removes an oil content from an oil-containing gas.SOLUTION: Gas treatment equipment, comprising a filter member 10 that recovers an oil content from an oil-containing gas and a cleaning mechanism 12 that cleans the filter member 10, comprises a position change mechanism 11 that changes a position of the filter member 10 between an oil content recovery position where the filter member 10 is arranged at a gas circulation part 2 to recover an oil content accompanying the gas and a cleaning position where the filter member 10 is arranged in the cleaning mechanism 12 to separator a recovered oil content from the filter member 10. The cleaning mechanism 12 comprises a cleaning liquid supply mechanism 15 that supplies a cleaning liquid to the filter member 10 while maintaining the filter member 10 in a wet state and a foreign matter removal mechanism 14 that removes foreign matters containing the oil content separated from the filter member 10.
