PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid-framed-structure building having skip floors for enabling easy construction of simple frames from a dynamic standpoint and simple structural calculation, and to provide a method for designing the same.;SOLUTION: The rigid-framed-structure building having standard floors each having a predetermined floor height and the skip floors each having a floor height different from that of the standard floor includes a first basic grid where predetermined storied floors are constructed as the standard floors, a second basic grid where predetermined storied floors are constructed as the skip floors, and a connection grid where the first basic grid and the second basic grid are connected to each other and the standard floors and the skip floors mixedly exist to form floor step parts.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
