PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To virtually calculate processing cost before and after equipment investment from a work log to calculate cost reduction effect.;SOLUTION: A cost reduction calculation system includes: a work level aggregation device 103; a cost calculation device 104; and a cost calculation rule storage section 106. The work level aggregation device 103 establishes aggregation conditions for customer data to aggregate an obtained work log based on setting conditions of the ATM log and the like of the successive same account number in the same ATM. The cost calculation device 104 calculates a processing cost of a work log aggregated by the work level aggregation device 103. The cost calculation rule storage section 106 stores a cost calculation rule in which a cost calculation rule is set for each work attribute of the work log. The cost calculation device 104 calculates a processing cost for each work attribute of an aggregated work log based on the cost calculation rule stored in the cost calculation rule storage section 106.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
