PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a projected capacitive touch panel sensor having a structure where electrodes and wiring or the like are integrally stacked on a front plate, without incurring increase in the number of processes and increase in manufacturing cost accompanying the increase in the number of processes.;SOLUTION: On a surface of cover glass 2, there are formed a rectangular ring shaped frame part 3 which divides a rectangular display area, and jumper wiring 4 for connecting first transparent electrodes (not shown) aligned in an X direction.
