PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a new idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis model cell, to elucidate the onset of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and the mechanism of apoptosis resistance, and to use for screening of an apoptosis regulator (particularly therapeutic agent of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis).SOLUTION: An extracellular matrix is overproduced by inhibiting miR-29 by introducing an antisense nucleic acid molecule into HFL1 cell, and it is found that a cell showing resistance to apoptosis can be obtained. The invention relates to providing an idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis model cell characterized by inhibiting miR-29 of HFL1 cell.
