PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method and an analyzing device capable of analyzing a small amount sample with high accuracy when gasifying and analyzing a metalloid element, lead and bismuth, etc., as a hydride.;SOLUTION: This invention provides an analyzing method and an analyzing device for analyzing a small amount sample by hydride generation analysis. In the analyzing method of reacting an analysis sample with a hydride generation reagent to generate hydride gas, introducing the hydride gas into an analyzer and measuring the spectrum of an element included in the gas while the gas passes the analyzer, the analysis sample is formed into a droplet to inject into an auxiliary solution, and the auxiliary solution including the droplet and the hydride generation reagent are introduced into a reactor to react the hydride generation reagent with the droplet to generate hydride gas, and the gas is introduced into the analyzer in a measuring state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
