PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula larvae and Corynidae planula larvae which are marine organisms causing trouble by attachment to condensers of thermal or nuclear power plants.;SOLUTION: There are provided hybridomas obtained by fusing splenic cells of a mouse immunized by Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula larvae and mouse myeloma cells, and monochronal antibodies which are produced from the hybridomas and show a reaction to Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula and Corynidae planula larvae, but do not show the reaction to Aurelia aurita planula larvae which are the same cridarian. There are also provided a method for detecting Tubularia mesembryanthemum actinula and Corynidae planula larvae using the monochronal antibody, a detecting reagent, a detection kit and a detector.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
