PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbe determination apparatus which determines microbes in a liquid sample using a biological material of the microbes as an index and has more excellent measurement sensitivity compared with conventional ones.SOLUTION: A microbe determination apparatus 1 of the present invention includes: a filtering mechanism 2 for filtering microbes contained in a liquid sample 8a with a filter 26; a determination mechanism 3 for determining the microbes using a prescribed biological material contained in the microbes on the filter 26 as an index; and an anti-drying mechanism 4 for preventing the microbes on the filter 26 from drying.
