PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility that a character string of high confidentiality gets registered in a sentence example dictionary.SOLUTION: The sentence example dictionary generation program causes a computer which stores a partial character string contained in an input character string in a sentence example storage section in association with reading information of the character string to execute processing of: acquiring an image of a given area including a new character string on a screen which is displayed in a display unit in response to input of the new character string to the screen; analyzing the image; and determining whether or not the new character string should be registered in the sentence example storage section on the basis of a comparison result between the analysis result of the image and conditions stored in a condition storage section.
