PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate description of refereeing result of a document, such as design specifications, to contribute to document quality improvement.SOLUTION: A document inputting unit 13 accepts input of refereeing document data to which a plurality of refereeing comments to a document are added. A position specification unit 14 specifies a location of the document of each refereeing comment added to the inputted refereeing document data. On each refereeing comment, a refereeing result table generation unit 16 generates a refereeing result table showing the refereeing comment and the location of the refereeing comment specified by the position specification unit 14.
