PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous puncture-type detachable steel wire muscle retractor capable of safely and efficiently excluding and pulling the peripheral tissue without adding an incision, and to provide a muscle retractor instrument.;SOLUTION: A percutaneous puncture-type detachable steel wire muscle retractor 10 which pulls the tissue near a surgical site for visual field development of the surgical site, includes a muscle retractor body 11 made by bending and molding a steel wire into a plane shape, and a grip part 12 as a separate body of the muscle retractor body 11, provided with a puncture needle 16 on the tip. The puncture needle 16 of the grip part 12 is inserted into the muscle retractor body 11 side to be integrally coupled in a separable manner. The grip part is coupled by percutaneously-piercing the puncture needle 16 into the muscle retractor body 11 detained in a subcutaneous prescribed position from the outside of the body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
