The invention aims to provide a production line simulation model used for not limiting a production line and enables the calculation time to be shortened while simulation precision is maintained. According to the model, a predictive mode is built to set buffer sizes of all procedures to be infinitely great to calculate the lead time, procedures for application of the predictive mode is determined based on the lead time calculated by the predictive mode and production actual performance or errors of a past simulation result, such that the simulation model that enables the time to be shortened and the precision to be maintained is built. For instance, the method comprises approximately processing in a predictive manner the procedure time of the lead time calculated from a previous operation step to a current operation step; and for each procedure, processing the lead time calculated through utilization of a procedure lead time vaule relatively to the production actual performance or the errors of the past simulation result.
