PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a re-photography request in a failure of image photography to be found after the photography in a system concerning a medical care image photographic task, which is constituted of: a radiation information system (RIS) (30), a medical image photographic device (40); a hospital information system (HIS) (20); an image inspection system (50); an image server (60); and a reporting system (70).SOLUTION: A system concerning a medical image photographic task is further provided with re-photography instruction information registration means (150) to transmit re-photography instruction information to the RIS (30). The RIS (30) is provided with re-photography instruction information receiving means (152) and re-photography instruction information storage means (153). The RIS(30) receives re-photography instruction information to be stored in recording means (31). In this case, an order status (101) in order information (100) is made into a status showing that the order status (101) is a re-photography state.
