PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a biaxially oriented polypropylene synthetic paper on which printing ink is quickly dried and which is environment-friendly, in relation to a synthetic paper formed of a plastic film laminated structure.;SOLUTION: A method for producing a biaxially oriented polypropylene synthetic paper is constituted of: joining two polypropylene resin mixtures with a compounded filler, composed of a highly isotactic crystalline polypropylene resin, inorganic fine powder, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide or an antistat or an antiblocking agent, and an ultraviolet absorber, with contents different between each other, respectively through a twin screw main extruder and two twin screw sub-extruders; forming a synthetic paper intermediate film base material layer A by extruding the mixture through a T-die head; subjecting the intermediate film base material layer A to cooling, vertical and lateral extension, annealing, and corona treatment; and subsequently forming the synthetic paper by applying a paper treating agent, obtained by kneading a water-soluble acrylic resin, the inorganic fine powder, calcium carbonate, clay, titanium dioxide, and the antistat, with water to both surfaces of the intermediate film base material layer with gravure (photographic intaglio) or with laminate treatment C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
