PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumoconiosis diagnosis supporting device and a pneumoconiosis diagnostic supporting program for generally supporting a pulmonary function test and an X-ray photograph test.SOLUTION: The pneumoconiosis diagnosis supporting device includes: a physical information input means 11 for inputting physical information including a height, an age and sex; a predicted value calculation means 15 for calculating a normal predicted value of a pulmonary function on the basis of the input physical information; a measured value input means 12 for inputting measured values including a lung capacity, a forced vital capacity and a forced expiratory volume in one second; a determination criterion value calculation means 16 for calculating the determination criterion value of the pulmonary function on the basis of the calculated normal predicted value and the input measured values; an X-ray photograph test result input means 13 for inputting an X-ray photograph test resu a clinical test result input means 14 for inputting a clinical test result regarding the chest; a determination means 17 for determining pneumoconiosis on the basis of the determination criterion value of the pulmonary function; and an output means 18 for outputting a pneumoconiosis diagnosis result including the measured values, the determination criterion value, the X-ray photograph test result, the clinical test result, and the result of pneumoconiosis determination by the determination means.
