PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensively and quantitatively evaluate the readability of a text.SOLUTION: An object specification part 1 is configured to specify a text to be displayed as an image and its display configurations as an evaluation object, and a readability factor acquisition part 2 is configured to acquire the numerical value of each of a plurality of predetermined readability factors as a readability determination value from the evaluation object. An evaluation determination part 4 is configured to calculate the readability evaluation value of the evaluation object by using a predetermined evaluation formula and a plurality of readability determination values acquired by the readability factor acquisition part 2, and to evaluate the readability of the evaluation object on the basis of the calculated readability evaluation value. A display control part 6 is configured to make an image showing the evaluation result of the evaluation determination part 4 display on a picture 9 of a display part 12.
