PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometer which can measure skin autofluorescence from, e.g., advanced glycation end products (AGEs) accumulated in skin in order to give assessments regarding various diseases such as diabetes, in which, when fluorescence from AGEs in skin is measured, measurement errors of the skin fluorescence due to reflected irradiation light from a skin surface and due to light scattering and absorption occurring in skin are easily corrected.;SOLUTION: A reflected light detection type dermofluorometer comprises: a light source part; a light detection unit to detect a fluorescence signal by excitation light; and an optical prism configured to transfer the excitation light to a measurement target and transfer the fluorescence signal to the light detection unit. The optical prism comprises: a lower surface connected to the measurement target; and two or more upper surfaces on which the light source unit and the light detection unit are disposed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
