Provided is a novel agent capable of effectively enhancing the production of platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB) that contributes to promoting production of mesenchymal stem cells and stabilizing stem cells. A PDGF-BB production enhancer comprising, as an active ingredient, one or more selected from bilberry-derived material, mangosteen-derived material, ugone-derived material, inositol and inositol phosphate.
