A method including: providing a workspace user interface to one or more users for the meeting; receiving from the one or more users a first input though the workspace user interface to create a plurality of topic items in the two or more lists; displaying on the workspace user interface the plurality of topic items in each of the two or more lists simultaneously; receiving from the one or more users a second input through the workspace user interface to move a first selected topic item of the plurality of topic items from a first list of the two or more lists to a second list of the two or more lists; updating at least one of the two or more lists based on the second input; and displaying on the workspace user interface the two or more lists simultaneously as updated based on the second input.
