Portable device and method for testing the primary and secondary equipment of substation electrical systems

Portable device and method for testing equipment, primary and secondary substations of electric systems. The present invention relates to a portable device that incorporates into a single unit resources to undertake in the field or in the laboratory tests of primary and secondary tests on instruments and equipment electrical systems compliant and non compliant with IEC 61850.The device is controlled by a microcomputer and their amps of current and voltage are totally isolated and the association of the same in series and parallel so as to achieve levels of voltages and currents that meet the requirements of primary and secondary tests. Also refers to the methods of use of the device.
