The present invention relates to a process for producing wine from sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhammoides) and rose hips (rossa canina) without chemical additives. For the production of wine, a combination of crushed sea buckthorn berries and frozen and crushed rose hip berries is used, or honey bee is used instead of beets.
