SEMI-FLUID FOODSTUFF COMPOSED OF CONIFER HONEYDEW AND SPIRULINA - CONSERVATION OF THE ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES IN ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WITH NO USE OF PRESERVATIVES
The invention relates to a semi-fluid foodstuff composed of conifer honeydew and spirulina. Compared to existing similar products, the invented one has acceptable organoleptic features preserved under environmental conditions with no use of preservatives; it results from mixing and homogenization of partially-hydrated spirulina as well as upon dehydration or not of the mixture, in vacuum and low temperature conditions, in respect to the humidity of the honey in use.
