Thermostatic regulator of combustion air amount comprises a thermally conductive housing (1), to which is removable coupled the body (2). In the housing (1) is arranged a thermostatic element (3) to which it is permanently pressed control shaft (4) which is slide able bedded in the housing (1) and in the interior of the body (2) of the regulator. The radial arm (5) strikes in the body (2) for fixing the lever (6) with the control chain. Rocking movement of the arm (5) is derived from sliding movement of the control shaft (4). In the thermostatic element (3) or between thermostatic element (3) and housing (1) is arranged electric heating device (7), adapted for connection to the control temperature device of the heating bodies (7) depending on the desired temperature of the output water or air from the heating device. For contact pressure of the control shaft (4) to the thermostatic element (3) is control shaft (4) in the housing (1) mounted on a compression spring (8) against the plunger (9) which bears against its thumb (14) of the knob (10) screw fitted to the control shaft (4).
