Way of prevention of early and late spontaneous abortions at women with destructive treatment of the cervical intraepitelial neoplasms in the medical background includes ascertaining of pregnancy at women and application of the complex drug therapy. For the purpose of prevention of early and late spontaneous abortions in pre-gravidary period are administered the "Galavit" rectal suppositories on 100 mg once each three days or 100 mg daily within 5 days, further 1 time in 2-3 days, the general course of 20 suppositories, from the moment of diagnosing of pregnancy till 22 weeks the preparation "Dyufaston" in dose of 10 mg orally twice per day and 10-12, 20-22, 32-34 weeks the candle of "Geksikon" intravaginally by 1 candle twice a day within 10 days, a candle of "Genferon" 2 times a day within 10 days.
