METHOD FOR DECOMPRESSION OF BILE DUCTS

The method for the decompression of the bile ducts comprises the intraoperative blockade of Oddi sphincter in course of the surgery due to choledocholithiasis. Following the revision of the bile ducts, antegrade injection of Botulinum A Toxin at a dose of 40 U is provided into Oddi sphincter with the aid of endoscopic injector for sclerotherapy, 2 mm in diameter, passed via choledochoscope.
