METHOD of Spectrophotometric Determination of Amcacin

摘要

The method for spectrophotometric determination of amicacin, which is to dissolve the sample, treatment with reagent, heating and measuring absorption. The dissolved amicacin sample is treated with aqueous solution of sodium salt of 1,2-naphtochinon-4-sulfonic acid in medium of 0,2 Μ NaOH and absorption in visible spectral region is measured at wavelength of 530 nm.
