A method for treating acute destructive cholecystitis with infiltrated gallbladder neck comprises performing a laparoscopy with clipping of the cystic duct, wherein a clip is applied from the side of Kahlo triangle lymph node, above and below the node, the gallbladder neck is intersected, however, the tissue between the clips to the tips thereof is not separated and in the separation area between the clips a triangular slit is formed, in its top in different directions clips are applied up and down in such a way that the tips of the second row of the clips extends slightly beyond the tissue capture thereby, thus, the gallbladder neck is intersected without opening its lumen providing complete hermeticity.
