An electrical connector comprising: a first connector portion (10) and a second connector portion (20) engageable 5 to each other and comprising a first contact element (11) and a second contact element (21) respectively to close an electrical contact with each other when the first and second connector parts are coupled together, and a first support (1b) and a second support (3a) supporting the first and second connector parts, respectively, and they can be mounted together by means of a bayonet fitting or screw for the coupling between the first and second connector parts; wherein said first connector part comprises a spring structure support (13) whose proximal end (13a) is fixed to the first support and the distal end (13b) supports the first contact element, and wherein the second part of connector comprises a stop ring (23) adapted to slidably engage by first contact element during the fitting between the first and second supports, said abutment ring housing the second contact element; characterized in that said second contact element is positioned in a limited circumferential arc of the abutment ring being provided stop means (30) to stop the first contact element in the second contact element for the coupling between the first and second parts connector wherein in the coupled condition the resilient support structure of the first connector part biases the first contact element in the axial direction against the stop ring and in circumferential direction against the stop means.
