Device designed especially for self-care people, by performing a set of noninvasive diagnostic tests, the patient may realize himself, in his own home, or elsewhere, without any external help. The set of diagnostic tests incorporating equipment are designed to provide the clinician the necessary data to remotely extract a complete diagnosis and taking action. These data on the one hand are interpreted by the software installed on the computer, facilitating the patient a first diagnosis and a health recommendations and the other is sent to a terminal or remote location, attended by a health professional to provide the patient, time real, complete and personalized diagnosis aimed at self-care, monitoring and control of their health and take the necessary actions and measures both "Triage" (referring the patient) as attendance, as tracking their diseases and pathologies.
