Disclosed are a functional beverage having effects of enhancing immunity, improving physical constitution, and overcoming fatigue, and a method for preparing the same. The functional beverage according to the present invention is characterized by containing mineral components including, based on 50 kg of the entire beverage, 7300~7500 mg of potassium (K), 6300~6500 mg of sodium (Na), 120~130 mg of silicon (Si), 55~65 mg of calcium (Ca), 13~17 mg of magnesium (Mg), 3~4 mg of aluminum (Al), 2~3 mg of iron (Fe), 0.2~0.4 mg of zinc (Zn), 0.1~0.3 mg of titanium (Ti), 0.1~0.3 mg of barium (Ba), 0.1~0.3 mg of manganese (Mn), 0.1~0.3 mg of strontium (Sr) , 0.1~0.3 mg of phosphor (P), 0.05~0.15 mg of chromium (Cr), 0.05~0.15 mg of zirconium (Zr), 0.01~0.1 mg of lithium (Li), and 0.005 ~0.015 mg of nickel (Ni), and the balance water and non-metallic components forming compounds with the respective minerals.
