Disclosed are an ecological farming method for an ecological aquafarming facility and a confinement structure unit thereof. A technical solution of the present invention primarily is such that: a water is enclosed by means of confinement and enclosure on four sides in a water; a least a section of the confinement comprises the confinement structure unit; the confinement structure unit comprises at least two concrete pile bodies that are spaced apart from each other and are fixed in the water and a mesh connected between the concrete pile bodies; water within the confinement and water outside of the confinement are exchanged via mesh holes of the mesh; this constitutes the ecological aquafarming facility; and, farmed fries and baits are delivered into the ecological aquafarming facility for ecological farming, where the sizes of the farmed fries are greater than the size of the mesh holes of the mesh. The advantage of the present invention is such that: the process allows for processing of the confinement structure unit of strong wind- and wave-resistance and of rapid and efficient construction, thus forming the ecological aquafarming facility, facilitating promotion of development and utilization of water resources and particularly marine resources, and promoting social and economic developments.
