The device is made up of a uniquely shaped steel bar with different angles to provide the perfect grip for pushing, pulling, lifting or curling. The device uses a pair of rubber resistance bands attached to one or both ends of the bar and the opposite end of resistance bands anchored to a suitable anchor point.
